OPL Services

Founded in 1992, OPL services has grown into a diverse fleet of 18 Units, IACS Classification (BV & CCS Classification) New Aluminium Supply/Passenger Vessels. Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, we provide transportation and logistical services for our customers to vessels in the Anchorages, Outside Port Limits, South China Sea, Vessel Transit Singapore and Malacca Straits.

All vessels comply with rigorous safety standards and requirements. Every vessel has been upgraded with a complete range of navigation equipment to ensure the safety of passengers and crew and the prompt and safe delivery of cargos to designated Anchorages.

Our vessels are certified by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) with a “DG Label” to transport dangerous goods to vessels in the Singapore Port Limits.

Through the years, we have gained vast knowledge and experience in handling a wide spectrum of cargo for transportation. These includes, dry cargo, chemicals, dangerous goods, gas cylinders, heavy equipment and more.

The company has been certified ISO & BizSAFE level 3 by the Singapore Workplace and Health Council since 2014.

As a leading regional company that operates in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and P.R. China, NETLINE Singapore specializes in Tank Cleaning Services such as De-Slopping & De-Mucking preparation of Tankers going for Dry Docking/Gas Free/Demolition.

We have honed our skills to ensure that all Cleaning standards adhere to multiple global standards requirements, such as Tanker’s requirement for Hot work standards before demolition and Cargo Holds’ Cleaning like Australian Grain Standard and Spontaneous Cargo Standards.

Through the years we’ve worked with P&I, Shipmanagement & Owners and have gained vast experience and highly trained staff to handle Oil Pollution Clean Up for Inshore Infrastructures Oil Pollution Clean-up, Ship’s Hull Oil Stains & all others. Stockist of Pollution Control Materials and Equipped with all the necessary equipment/tools and manpower on standby, allowing us to respond immediately to any urgent oil pollution accidents at a moment’s notice.

NETLINE Singapore is a registered tanker-cleaning contractor with the Singapore National Environment Agency (NEA), and also holds a license for tank cleaning from Jakarta Environmental Office and China MSA.

NAVI Engineering

NAVI Engineering’s core business is in Marine/Offshore Engineering repair works which includes Steelworks, Piping & Engineering Works for both Inshore/Offshore & Voyage Riding Crew in International Shipping Industry.

Over the years, we have gained valuable knowledge in equipment repair such as Crane Jib and Cargo Grab structural repair, Hull repairs, Pipe replacement and all other Steel Fabrication Works. We are able to provide customers with the best solution to minimize cost and turn-around time.

With a dedicated team of Engineers and class certified welders on standby 24/7, 365 days a week, NAVI Engineering is able to mobilize the team for any emergency repairs that our customers require at a short notice.
